THE BRIEF

Hey all, it’s MMV.

I became a millionaire by the age of 30.

I was able to become a millionaire by buying my first stock at the age of 21, pursuing a high-paying job, making investments in real estate, and living below my means.

It sounds really simple, but there were a lot sacrifices made in the process.

Would you save enough for a down payment, purchase a rental property without seeing it in person, fly to a different state to act as a general contractor, meeting prospective tenants, and paint in the evenings for a single property?

I would call this phase the “grinding” phase. Everything was about making sacrifices and doing things yourself because you couldn’t afford to outsource everything.

Now, I’m at a different point in my life where I’m able to ease off the accelerator and changing my investment strategy.

In this post, I’m going to share my net worth breakdown and where I’ll be investing moving forward.
